Data we process
We process Telegram identifiers, username and language where available; account membership; connected group identifiers and titles; moderation settings; limited operational event data; service-usage and transaction identifiers; and support messages you send us.
Why we process it
We use this data to authenticate you, connect and moderate groups, show health and audit information, prevent abuse, calculate charges, confirm payments, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Rule-based processing
Moderation uses explicit words, links, limits, assignments, and actions configured by authorized administrators. GramGroupsBot does not generate content, build behavioral profiles, make autonomous decisions, or perform automated marketing.
Payments
Paddle processes card and supported payment-method details as merchant of record. GramGroupsBot receives transaction status and identifiers needed to apply the purchase to your service account, but does not receive or store full card details. Paddle’s privacy information is available through paddle.com.
Sharing and retention
We share data only with service providers needed to operate GramGroupsBot, such as Telegram, hosting and infrastructure providers, Paddle, and support or email services. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, accounting, dispute handling, and legal requirements.
Your choices
You can disconnect groups, remove account members, and ask for access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to records we must retain. Contact [email protected].
