Paddle purchases
Paddle is the merchant of record for card and supported alternative-method purchases. Refund eligibility and processing follow the Paddle Refund Policy and any mandatory rights in your country. Request help from the receipt link or at paddle.net.
Unused and consumed service usage
A payment prepays usage of the GramGroupsBot administration software. When a refund is approved, the related unused service entitlement may be removed. Amounts already consumed by daily service usage may affect the refundable amount unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Technical problems
If a material technical problem prevents use of the paid service, contact us first so we can investigate and restore access. Email [email protected] with your Paddle transaction ID and a description of the issue. Do not send card details.
Crypto payments
Crypto transfers may be irreversible. Contact us promptly if a verified crypto payment was not credited. Refunds, where available, are assessed individually and never limit mandatory consumer rights.
