1. Service
GramGroupsBot provides tools for managing Telegram groups, including reusable moderation rules, group health checks, operational logs, and account billing. Telegram is a separate third-party service and may change or interrupt its APIs.
GramGroupsBot is rule-based administration software for authorized group operators. It does not generate content, make autonomous decisions, profile people, or perform automated social-media marketing. Rule-based actions run only on conditions customers explicitly configure, and customers initiate account-wide actions themselves.
2. Your account and groups
You must have authority to add the bot to each group and to manage the settings you configure. Keep one-time login links private. You are responsible for the actions of members you invite to your GramGroupsBot account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use GramGroupsBot for unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized access, payment abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service. You remain responsible for the content and moderation policy of your Telegram communities.
4. Billing
Service usage fees are deducted according to the current pricing shown before purchase and in the dashboard. Only active, healthy, billable groups are charged. A suspended, disconnected, or unhealthy group is not billed while it remains in that state.
Card and supported alternative-method orders are processed by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change features or these terms when necessary for security, law, provider requirements, or product improvement. Material changes will be communicated through the service or our website.
